1. Visit State Transport Department's website
2.  Go to the link base option on the website
3.  Select the Driving License option from the drop-down menu
4.  Enter your driving license number and click on the gate details option
5. Verify your driving license number
6. Now enter the base number of your 12 digit
7. Enter your registered number with the base
8. Click the subset button
9. After this, you will get OTP for your registered number
10. Enter OTP to complete the process
